Renting a Kimflatables Inflatable: 
Give us a call with your party date and inflatable preference. Upon receipt of your credit card deposit, we will send you Site Requirements, Rental Agreement and Safety Rules. The requirements for Moon Bouncers and Waterslides are located on their web page.

Inclement Weather Policy: 
Since the weather can change quickly and can be unpredictable, your deposit is FULLY REFUNDABLE. Kimflatables will make the decision 24 - 48 hours prior to the event. However, once an inflatable has been set up and is operational, the client will be charged the invoiced rate.

Damage Insurance (optional): 
Our inflatables are very durable and are intended for normal use. As part of the Rental Agreement, we offer Optional Damage Insurance which covers the inflatable and other equipment from rips, tears, cuts or any other kind of damage, other than Acts of God/Goddess that occur while abiding by the Safety Rules. If a client does not choose the Optional Damage Insurance and the inflatable gets damaged, charges to the client will be based upon cost to repair plus any lost business. To protect our clients and our inflatables, the units are inspected before and after each event. Any damage discovered during these inspections will be brought to the client’s attention at that time.
